This Wednesday, March 5 from 1-2 p.m., Georgetown Law’s National
Security Law Society is hosting a brown-bag lunch discussion on the
Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), looking at bribery, transparency, and
accountability in international business. The panel will feature James
Kouikous, Senior Deputy Chief of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Fraud
Secction, and Michael Diamant, a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
